Inspired by southern vernacular and its scenic riverfront setting, this proposed development includes eight townhouses and a multi-level restaurant and event space. Located at the corner of two residential streets and within walking distance of Suttree Landing Park, the project integrates seamlessly into a growing neighborhood that features a mix of single-family homes and small-scale mixed-use buildings.
Each multi-level, 1,400-square-foot townhome features an open great room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The third-floor master suite opens to a private deck overlooking the park and river. Four garden units include private courtyards, accessible directly from the resident parking area. Designed with a focus on natural light and a warm wood palette, the townhomes create a clean, contemporary aesthetic.
The 6,000-square-foot restaurant includes two levels of indoor dining with multiple bar locations and options for outdoor seating. A rooftop bar and event space on the third level offers sweeping views of the Tennessee River, providing an inviting atmosphere for year-round enjoyment.
