Since joining MHM in 2007, Charlotte has been instrumental in steering many of the firm's large, high-profile, and complex projects. With her versatile expertise as a project architect and project manager, Charlotte plays a pivotal role in every phase, including design, management, and construction administration. She thrives as the glue that binds the input of clients, architects, and contractor teams, ensuring a unified vision throughout the project lifecycle.
Additionally, Charlotte serves as the chair of MHM's Technical Committee, where she spearheads efforts to consolidate, enhance, and optimize the vast technical knowledge within the office. This collaborative effort fosters a cohesive mindset on building constructability, yielding significant benefits across all of the firm's projects.
